We accept cash, most debit/credit cards (excluding American Express) and bank transfers.
We do. A deposit of 10% will hold an item for up to twelve weeks. We offer this both in the shop and internationally. Deposits are non-refundable.
You can claim VAT back on all new items. Second-hand and vintage items are not charged with any VAT.
At this current time we do not offer financing.

We do indeed! We offer trades for items in the shop and also for store credit.
We do! After working out a deal you can ship us your gear, which we will inspect to make sure everything is as described. Once this all checks out we will ship. We accept trade balances via bank transfer.

We use a range of couriers, including TNT, DPD, GLS and UPS depending on where the customer is based.If you have a preference in courier when ordering please let us know and we’ll get you a quote.

There is no import duty for customers in EU Member States. Outside of the EU, it is possible that you might have to pay import duty, this varies from country to country. We’d advise you to contact your local customs authority for more information.
